Our client is a global investment bank. It has a defined strategy to deliver and implement a new target operating model for operations across all asset classes.

There are a number of change programmes as a result of delivering this strategy with a requirement to hire experienced business analysts with specific knowledge of Operations in an investment bank.

You will have recent experience working as a Business Analyst with a bank or consultancy firm. You will have knowledge of a number of asset classes including Securities, Cash Products, OTCs and other listed derivatives as well as understanding the life-cycle of these instruments from a processing perspective, from trade confirmation to settlement and accounting.

In this role you will be working with senior management responsible for these business lines. You will be able to document the process flows across Operations, defining how each product is processed today and how they are to be processed in the future. 

This is a high profile global transformation programme for Operations. Excellent presentation and communication skills are key as well as having a strong academic background. Use of standard tools such as Visio or iGrafx would be useful.

You will be credible and confident in your approach supported by your experience as a Business Analyst and your domain knowledge of Operations in an investment bank.
