This property fund management business is currently on the verge of moving its business to the next level in its growth and needs to identify a CFO to lead it to this point.

We are looking to identify a CFO with the following ideal skill sets who is from a fund management/private equity/property background :

• Very strong leadership skills - we are looking for a leader of people as the finance team is currently 20 people in different locations in London and Europe and management need them to have  leadership and direction.
• A strong knowledge on the coporate side of the business - technical ability to look at a P&L and Balances Sheet and identify where technical accounting improvements can happen
• Good experience of treasury and dealing with currency risk
• Good understanding of Debt and Equity in a business
• A background in M&A/Corporate Finance will help for the future direction of the business and potential deals on the horizon
