We are looking for a strong private equity fund accountant to take responsibility for the a newly launched fund.

Some of thee key areas of focus will across the following areas :

- Preparation of the quarterly reports and annual audited reports of the fund and its parallel investments

- Review and oversight of the financial information prepared by 3rd party administrators in respect of certain offshore limited partnerships and holding company structures

- Ability to work with the deal team on the accounting and risk management aspects of the transactions

- Working closely with advisers in taking responsibility for the taxation affairs of the fund

- Key point of reference to the fund investors on the performance of the fund and its investments

We are looking for a qualified accountant with a strong private equity knowledge from a private equity fund, administrator or practice
