The Compliance Monitoring & Testing Officer should have significant experience developing and executing testing plans and test scripts and testing of policies & procedures. Key areas will include; AML, sanctions, KYC, suitability, trust services and gifts & entertainment. The compliance officer will be tasked with improving the compliance processes and procedures. The role will work closely with senior management, strong regulatory control framework, audit or exam experience, knowledge of quality assurance and excellent organizational/communication skills will be a must.
