Leading Global Investment Bank is looking for a Director of Product Compliance. The Compliance Officer should have a senior level (10 years plus) of experience in leading a global operations/compliance on the structured products/fixed income compliance.
The Product Compliance Director will provide compliance and regulatory advice regarding the design, development of broad range of retail financial advisors including; structured products, all fixed income, derivatives, mutual funds, closed end funds and exchange traded funds. The Compliance Directors will advise on product specific regulatory requirements, reasonable basis suitability, customer suitability, supervisory control procedures and testing. This candidate will represent compliance on new product launches.
The Compliance Director should have excellent regulatory control knowledge. Detailed structured products experience is required(derivatives, EFT and alternative investments), broker dealer compliance and the ability to manage/interact with senior management. This role requires 10 years plus expertise in product specific compliance. The firm is growing and dynamic - Compliance directors applying must be sharp/impressive and dynamic. Proven leadership skills a must.
