JOB DESCRIPTION - Managing a team of Fixed Income Derivatives Product Controllers
- Responsible for establishing global infrastructure and strategy
- Responsible for driving systems upgrades and process improvements
- Responsible for maintaining a solid control environment to support the growth of the business
- Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the P&L and Balance Sheet
REQUIRED SKILLS (a "must" skills) - Strong technical knowledge of fixed income products and systems
- Fluent English, no Japanese necessary but a big plus
Preferred skills - Experience in a regional or global role within the securities sector
REQUIRED PERSONALITY - Strong communication, leadership and managerial
