Your department and challenge: Within the Investment Engine we have a new team set up to provide central support to investments management boutiques. The Business support & control team consists of 10 people reporting into the Head of Business support & control. Focus areas are Investment control, Product control, financial control and Operational control. The Business support manager will be involved in the Product control area: Owning, monitoring and improving the Investment environment on behalf of the Engine Your main responsibilities • Change management: collecting, prioritising and implementation of required changes on investment systems on behalf of the Investment Engine • Participation and steering of other investment related projects • Quality assurance on changes and projects; testing and approval • Monitoring of the Investment environment Your experience and skills • Asset management product knowledge (Fixed Income, Equities and Derivatives) • Investment systems expertise (portfolio management systems, trading and research systems) • Asset management process knowledge (performance & risk; trading; operations & accounting) • IT project management skills What we have to offer you There is more than an average degree of creativity and entrepreneurship needed to build success in your area of expertise. The organisation you will be part of The Investment business line consists of 180+ investment professionals divided over 13 investment teams and 4 centralized functions: analytics, trading desk, business support, and portfolio implementation.
